Two teams of students from Praise Temple Christian Academy went undefeated in the Bible Bowl Tournament at the annual CGACS Elementary Academic Bowl on Friday, February 23, 2024. The twelve childen (2 each from grades 1-6) were exceptional as they buzzed in to answer Bible trivia questions head-to-head against other Florida school representatives. Luke Poku, the captain of the intermediate team, quizzed out in nearly every round of play. "Bible is my favorite class in school," reported sixth grader, Aalayaih Simmons, who has been enrolled at PTCA since preschool. This was the first win for the primary team and the second win in a row for the intermediate team, who returned to school after the contest with Bible study guides in hand, already preparing for the rematch in Spring 2025.
